Policies

Tuition

  • Tuition must be submitted by the first week of semester.

  • Tuition will be pro-rated for any students who are registered at mid-session.

 

​Missed Classes

​

  • If you plan to miss a class, please call at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Absence without 24-hour notification will not be eligible for a make-up class, credit or refund.

  • Make-up classes will be offered within one month after your absence.

  • The number of make-up classes cannot be exceeded 2 per month.

  • Credit will be applied to the next payment for a medical emergency for children aged under 7.

  • Lory Art School will make up for inclement weather.​

Photographs

 

We take photographs throughout the sessions for use on our social sites (Facebook and Instagram), and for ad-hoc promotional purposes. We inform and ask permission from children prior to taking photographs of their work and portraits. Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be photographed during class.

Refund/ cancellation policy

Students who withdraw 8days prior to the start date of the first class receive a full studio credit (except $30 processing charge)Students who withdraw 7days (or less) prior to start date of the first class Do Not receive a refund of any kind. No refunds will be given after classes begin.
